together for the future of faith |
FFF Grants support creative work that either advances research in some field of knowledge relevant to religion or explores ways of integrating insights from such research into the practice of religious communities.
In addition to financial grants, the Foundation is also eager to support research and innovation projects that may benefit from sponsorship by FFF.
FFF grants are practical expressions of the Foundation’s desire to support local faith communities, as well as other groups and individuals, in the shared task of re-visioning religion.
The grants are funded by direct gifts to the Foundation and by a 10% tithe on all untied income received by the Foundation.
You are invited to make a gift to the Endowment Fund, using a printable payment form or the secure online PAYPAL service:
Closing date for next grant cycle: January 31, 2003
Written proposals for possible funding are invited. They should reflect the criteria and conditions indicated below, and be submitted by email or post:

The following criteria will be considered when applications for FFF grants are being assessed:
- relevance of the proposal to the Preamble, Purpose and Principles of FFF;
- likelihood that the project can be completed within the time frame and budget proposed;
- possibility of alternative and/or matching support from other sources;
- diversity of funded projects and of grant recipients;
- potential value to other members of the FFF network or the wider public.
It will normally be a condition of any FFF grant that the project will result in the production of a report, or some other agreed materials, suitable for publication for the benefit of other faith communities in the re-visioning process.The number and size of grants offered will be determined by FFF in the light of the funds available and the actual applications received. FFF may defer or cancel a grant cycle.
Information on all grants awarded will be published on the Foundation's web site.
