Texts

(1a) 2Q: Luke 13:26-27 = Matt 7:22-23

/13:26/ Then you will begin to say, 'We ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.' /27/ But he will say, 'I do not know where you come from; go away from me, all you evildoers!'

= Matt 7:22-23
/7:22/ On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?' /23/ Then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; go away from me, you evildoers.'

?(1b) 2 Clem 4:5

/4:4/ And we must not fear men rather than God. /5/ For this reason, if you do these things, the Lord said, "If ye be gathered together with me in my bosom, and do not my commandments, I will cast you out, and will say to you, Depart from me, I know not whence ye are, ye workers of iniquity." [Sayings Parallels]

?(1c) GNaz 6

/6/ The Jewish Gospel reads here as follows: If ye be in my bosom and do not the will of my Father in heaven, I will cast you out of my bosom.
(Variant to Matthew 7:5 -- or better to Matthew 7:21-23 -- in the "Zion Gospel" edition.) [
